Arista Development Sweeps Tier 2 In The 2020 LCHBA Showcase of Homes Awards
The Las Cruces Home Builders Association (LCHBA) has announced the award winners for the 2020 Showcase of Homes. This year, Arista Development received a total of five awards, sweeping Tier 2 (which included homes listed at $300,000 – $500,000.) Arista received the following awards for their newest model, the Barndominium:
- Best Curb Appeal
- Best Kitchen
- Best Interior
- Best Outdoor Living Space
- Most Innovative
This year’s Showcase of Homes was originally scheduled to take place in the spring of 2020, however, the event was postponed until mid-November in accordance with the New Mexico public health order. Due to recent concerns over increased COVID-19 cases in Doña Ana County, LCHBA decided to cancel the in-person event and instead provided virtual tours of the featured homes.
The LCHBA organization worked directly with each homebuilder involved to assure their participation in the virtual event. Arista Development’s Head of Sales and Customer Relations, Crystal Fraembs, said that the Arista team is grateful to LCHBA for their ingenuity and devotion to helping Las Cruces home builders display their work to the public.
