All You Need to Know About Las Cruces Showcase of Homes
It has been a long and winding road, but the 2020 Las Cruces Showcase of Homes is finally near. Originally scheduled for April and May 2020, it had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we approach the new showcase dates, Arista Development is hard at work preparing to show off our newest home style, the Barn House elevation. In 2019, Arista Development was the proud recipient of the Most Innovative award, a feat we wish to achieve two years in a row.
When is the Las Cruces Showcase of Homes?
The new Showcase of Homes dates will be on November 6th – 8th & 13th – 15th. Arista Development’s showcase home will be open Saturdays 10 am – 7 pm and Sundays 12 pm – 5 pm, we will not be participating in twilight hours Fridays from 4 pm – 7 pm. To maintain social distancing during the Showcase of Homes, we are requiring appointments to visit our Model Home. Contact our sales representatives Crystal Fraembs or Ana Romano to schedule your viewing appointment. During your visit, they will be available to answer any questions you have about an Arista Home. What Are the COVID Guidelines to Attend the Las Cruces Showcase of Homes?
When attending the Las Cruces Showcase of Homes, please ensure you are following the COVID safe guidelines we have in place:
- Visitors must book an appointment to visit the Arista Showcase model home. Call or email Crystal Fraembs to book your appointment.
- Visitors must wear a mask to enter a home
- No groups larger than 5 will be allowed in a home at one time
- Social distance while standing in line (we will have markers on the ground indicating where to stand)
- No Restroom use – restrooms are closed to the public
Arista will be sanitizing our Model Home surfaces frequently and providing hand sanitizer for our visitors.
Where is Arista Development’s Showcase of Home Located?
Our newest model home, the Barn House style, will be showcased in this year’s Showcase of Homes. Located at 6017 High Plains Ln. Las Cruces, NM 88012, it is the only house of its kind in Las Cruces’ Metro Verde subdivision. It is built to resemble a retro-fitted Barn, with wood stone on the exterior and decorative trusses on the interior.
