Sanitization Efforts and Guidelines for Visits

In order to protect our customers and our staff, we are taking the sanitization efforts of our model homes very seriously. The homes are cleaned with either bleach or alcohol-based cleansers before and after each viewing. This includes highly-touched surfaces such as doorknobs and light switches. As an additional cautionary measure, we ask all persons visiting an Arista Model Home to wear face masks.
