Phase 01 · Discovery
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Building your home starts with a conversation about how you live. We call it your wish list: how you entertain, what each family member needs, how your spaces should feel and function. From there, we'll walk you through bank pre-qualification so you have a clear picture of your budget before anything else moves forward. If you're selecting a lot, we'll help you evaluate it together. Setbacks, easements, HOA considerations, and whether it's the right fit for the home you have in mind.

Phase 02 · Design
Shape every detail before we build.
Once your lot is secured, we move into design. You'll work directly with our in-house designer to develop your floor plan and elevations, and we keep revising until it's right. From there, we'll walk through the selections process together: cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, appliances, trim packages, paint, and hardware. After your design is finalized, we complete a full itemized estimate so you know exactly what you're building and what it costs. Once everything is agreed upon, we prepare your contract and bank package, ready for lender review and approval.

Phase 03 · Build
Watch your home come to life.
Once permits are issued, we break ground. From there, your home takes shape in stages: lot prep and grading, underground utilities, foundation, framing, and sheathing. As the structure goes up, our mechanical trades move in for rough-in: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage. Simultaneously, your roof goes on and stucco work begins, sealing the home from the elements. Then come the finishes. Drywall, paint, cabinetry, tile, fixtures, appliances, and finally landscaping. Throughout every phase, your secure client portal is updated with photos and progress so you always know where things stand.

Phase 04 · Move-In & Warranty
Move in with confidence.
Before you close, we walk the home together. Every detail gets reviewed, every finish gets inspected. This is your home and we want it to feel exactly right. After closing, the relationship doesn't end. The Arista Advantage means you have a builder who stands behind their work and knows your home better than anyone. Your Homeowner's Guide covers your one-year warranty in full: what's included, what to watch for, and how to submit a request if something comes up. We'll also walk you through the energy efficiency report your home earned through third-party verification, and give you specific maintenance recommendations for the finishes you selected so everything stays exactly as beautiful as the day you moved in.

Built for modern living, every Arista home includes energy-efficient construction and smart-home technology as standard.
Advanced Framing
Arista has built with 2x6 exterior wall framing since 2017. The rest of the industry didn't catch up until recent code updates made it a requirement. Thicker walls mean deeper insulation cavities, less heat transfer, and a home that holds its temperature the way it should in the New Mexico climate.
High-Performance Building Envelope
Every Arista home is built as a complete thermal system. Spray foam insulation seals the walls from the inside out, eliminating air gaps and thermal leaks that standard insulation leaves behind. Combined with energy-efficient mechanicals, windows, and air sealing throughout, the result is a home that performs as well as it looks.
HERS Certified
Every Arista home is independently tested and scored by a third-party energy rater using the HERS Index: the nationally recognized standard for home energy performance. The average new construction home scores 100. Arista homes score below 60. (Like golf, the lower the better).
