Arista Development rolls out two new programs amid COVID-19
Las Cruces, NM, May 1, 2020Â Las Cruces-based premier home builder Arista Development is responding to concerns amid New Mexico social distancing protocol. Through two new programs, homebuyers working with Arista Development will now be able to view model homes through either self-guided or virtual tours. Beginning immediately, homebuyers can now experience Arista Development’s innovative, creative, and modern designs without sacrificing safety, and without even having to meet with our realtor. If you would prefer to meet with our realtor, we will adhere to all social distancing guidelines.
“With our Smart Home-enabled model homes, you can experience a contactless home tour in-person or virtually while complying with all federal and state regulations regarding COVID-19 and social distancing,” said Dave Dever, M.D., Director of Business Development for Arista.
In the wake of COVID-19 and state issuance of stay-at-home orders, Arista Development has quickly adapted in order to offer their clients a safer way to shop for real estate while adhering to strict social distancing. First, Arista Development’s self-guided tour option will allow customers to tour the models in-person without our realtor present, complying with all social distancing policies. The model homes offer smart-living features, which will allow the Arista team to open the home remotely and provide guided support by simply utilizing the security cameras located throughout the property.
Second is Arista’s virtual tour option. Clients can opt-in to a video conference through Zoom, allowing Arista realtors to walk through model homes via video chat. This new program can be useful, also, for buyers that do not reside in Las Cruces, or who may not be comfortable venturing outside their home.
